DAVID G. ADLER began his practice in Illinois in 1969 and obtained his license to practice law in Texas in 1984. His many years of practice have included an emphasis on tax and estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and international tax and estate planning. Mr. Adler’s practice also includes structuring and forming closely held companies and partnerships and related business law matters. His experience includes service as the managing partner of the Dallas office of an international CPA firm, as partner in charge of its tax department and as its international liason partner. He has also served as Chairman of the International Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, has been certified as an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils, and has been admitted to membership in the honorary society of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Adler obtained his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University Law School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Dallas Estate Planning Counsel.
